Dear Retiree:

Congratulations on your retirement! We appreciate your continuing loyalty to Local 153. Your support has helped us to grow in size and strength.  We do not think that your retirement should cancel this fine relationship.

To retain your relationship to your Union as a retiree, please fill out the application form and mail it to us along with your dues which is $21.00 per year for a basic membership, or $60.00 per year for an upgraded membership including additional benefits. Upon receipt of your application, you will officially become a member of the Local 153 Retirees Association. You and your spouse will also be included as a member of the Alliance for Retired Americans.

The primary aim of Local 153 Retirees Association is to keep our Local Union in touch with its retired members, and to keep our retirees close to our Local Union.  The Association meets three times a year:  March, June and September.

The Association plans social events throughout the year, such as bus rides, boat trips, theater parties, an annual holiday luncheon and other activities of interest to our retirees.

Hoping to meet you personally, we extend to you and your family our good wishes,

Sincerely & fraternally,

Charles Ponti, Sr., President

Juan Alvarez, President Emeritus

Mary Ann Brandt, Secretary-Treasurer
